All human beings have 6 basic needs which determine their behavior:

1. Significance
2. Certainty
3. Uncertainty
4. Love & Connection
5. Growth
6. Contribution

However, people prioritize these needs differently. The order in which a person has their needs prioritized determines their life.

The first four needs are considered fundamental, while the last two (Growth and Contribution) are regarded as the needs of the soul, helping individuals feel fulfilled.
